Definitely Utsuro, Kaen, Kamen, Bronnk, or Mindy. I'd like to imagine that Utsuro and Mindy could control the flow of the cards to make it always work out in their favor, Kaen would just know how to count cards and make it work out for him, and Kamen and Bronnk would just have constant poker face, being faceless / constantly wearing sunglasses and all that.
