Shinchiro Isamu
The Captain of the 10th Division and leader of its highly classified internal group known as the 'Sesshi', Shinchiro Isamu is reviled by many. He is a self-proclaimed master of fear, and although he may exhibit many characteristics similar to a stereotypical bully, his claims have some real merit. His Sesshi mask is known throughout the spiritual worlds (and even the human world, where it has gained traction as a symbol of the 'oni') as a sign of impending doom and the culling of the masses. Worse yet, the more who line up to fight the man, the stronger he seems to become, preying on the insecurities and social dynamics of larger groups. He is truly a nightmare, and the most openly sadistic Captain of the Gotei 13.
