Seisui Naito

Seisui Naito, the Kenpachi of the Gotei 13, is man who is hardly considered 'beautiful'. He may have an an attractive appearance to some, especially to the rare few who have seen him without his ventilator, but there is something about his person itself that makes many people uneasy. His inner world, a place that mirrors a swamp in design, may contribute to that sense of wariness. It is a world where plants and organs intertwine. There are flowers that grow eyes, herbs with tongues for leaves, hands that grasp from above, hanging on vines of skin. The realm represents the decay occurring within Naito's body, edging towards death at the hands of an incurable disease. Rarely, one can see a pair of lungs growing from the swampy waters, gasping for air, mimicking Naito's own struggle against mortality.
