Seisui Naito

Seisui Naito, the Kenpachi of the Gotei 13, is the wielder of one of the most fearsome Bankai forms in Soul Society. Although his Zanpakutō is not a God-spirit, nor is it classified as anything beyond a utility-type, its capacity when waging war is beyond measure. With the ability to summon incorporeal wisps that can phase through matter, change shape, and decay the bonds between physical structures, Naito can change from a warrior who acts exclusively in close quarters to a nightmare at all ranges. His ability to use the wisps to trail through any physical defense makes him one of the few individuals in the known realms who would actually pose a threat to Harotaissen Tsuribakki, the Captain-Commander. Although such a fight is beyond comprehension, and will likely never happen, the 'ultimate offense' versus the 'ultimate defense' argument has proven an entertaining topic of conversation for many Shinigami.
