Gingitsune Kaen

Gingitsune Kaen, Captain of the 5th Division of the Gotei 13, is directly responsible for the oversight of the World of the Living. The people under his command make sure that there are adequate Shinigami assigned to the right sectors, and that Hollow are quickly purified to protect those they would hunt. Although he is far too 'important' now to assign himself to Earth on a semi-permanent position, Kaen spends much of his free time visiting various areas, and the codes for those destinations are tattooed on his arm. Since the human world changes and his life is long, Kaen has periodically changed these tattoos, and his favorite places shift with the cultures and technologies that the innovative race develops.
