Carrion Lagurr, the Septimo Espada, is known as the most tolerant and easy-to-appease of the ruling class of Hueco Mundo. He is a soft-spoken, noble man whose seemingly genuine goal of helping all Hollow ascend to the highest heights of their racial potential has earned him an enourmous following. The truth behind this kindness is that Carrion's Aspect of Death, Penance, forces him to make up for his insatiable blood-lust by balancing it with an unmatched drive to 'help' others. Frequent trips into the far-off sands allow him to use his spinal chord whip to cull massive numbers of unaligned Hollow in relative secrecy, consuming them and adding to his already impressive power. He will then find an equilibrium by seeking out fresh recruits to add to his ranks within the confines of 'civilized' Hueco Mundo. The sands quickly bury the twisted bodies of those unlucky enough to miss his mercy.
