Battle: Spiritual Spiral

Okada Ayano and Seisui Naito

The two most powerful swordsmen in Soul Society, Okada Ayano and Seisui Naito, are each unmatched in their own way. Ayano has no equal in skill while Naito has no peer in tenacity. Each week these two military titans meet in the central sparring grounds to test their skills in what is perhaps the most damage-resistant section of the Seireitei. Thankfully, too, as their immense strength would otherwise destroy massive portions of Soul Society. These meetings are open to be viewed by Shinigami and are often used as an example of Captain-class power for those in their final year of study.
