Ariel Moore

Ariel Moore, founding member of Section 66, was only eighteen when she was found and recruited by Katharina Meer and Usko Shaningwa. They had been searching for humans with spiritual powers who were talented enough to qualify for their newly created Bloodline nanites. They quickly found Ariel, an Australian woman whose spiritual pressure was off of the charts. Although they determined that her perfect spiritual control was the result of being half-Shinigami, her apparent hatred of that race convinced them of her potential loyalty. Since then, she has risen to become a tremendous asset to Section 66, and has proven her loyalty to extremes. She is most often seen as the 'third' leader of the group, alongside those who recruited her.
